Section 02

Parties, scope and business purpose

These Terms of Sale apply to wholesale B2B orders made through Bulk Battle.net, the public trading brand operated by DIGITAL GOODS LTD, Company No. 15676979, England and Wales, 357a Lea Bridge Road, London, England, E10 7LA.

The buyer must act for a business, profession or other commercial purpose and provide an accurate business or trading name, business email and business-purpose confirmation. That confirmation records the stated purpose; it is not a KYC, tax-validation or eligibility decision.

Definitions

  • Catalog row means a product family, market, currency and denomination returned by the server-side catalog.
  • Computed wholesale price means the unit price shown for an eligible catalog row. Internal pricing inputs are not public terms.
  • Payment quote means the order-specific amount and instructions, including the selected asset, network, limits, fees and expiry.
  • Pending order means a checkout submission that has not met the acceptance conditions below.
  • Accepted order means an order for which payment success, catalog and price checks, availability checks and inventory reservation have all completed.

Catalog, availability and price

Public catalog pages are read-only comparison surfaces. A row is eligible for an order only when its availability, research/content state, approved content and computed price all pass the service checks.

Unavailable, incomplete or source-failure rows do not receive a purchase action. A listing is not a reservation, a future-stock promise, a redemption guarantee or acceptance of an order. The public page shows the computed wholesale unit price and does not disclose internal pricing inputs or imply a discount.

Quantity and mixed orders

The minimum order is 20 units across the entire order. The standard maximum is 2,000 units across the entire order, not per line. Eligible rows may be mixed when each row passes its own state and compatibility checks.

The standard flow rejects a request above 2,000 units. Send a larger requirement to [email protected]; an email request is not an accepted order and does not promise custom pricing, credit, an invoice or stock.

Order creation and acceptance

Submitting checkout creates a pending order. It does not reserve inventory or by itself form a contract for the products.

After payment instructions are created, the buyer can review the order-specific quote fields returned for that order: asset, network, amount, limits, fees and expiry. An order is accepted only after terminal payment success, server-side catalog, price and availability revalidation, and successful inventory reservation. A payment reference, timeout or non-terminal provider status alone does not prove acceptance.

Payment and exceptions

The private payment flow shows only assets and networks enabled by the current administration and capability checks. Use the current asset, network, amount and instructions shown for the specific order. Quotes can change or expire.

Underpayment, overpayment, wrong-network transfers, duplicate transfers and unclear transfers are reviewed manually. The payable amount and fulfilled quantity are not silently changed. Do not send a second payment after a timeout until the original order status is checked.

Blockchain transfers can be difficult or impossible to reverse after broadcast. The service does not promise anonymous payment, a fixed rate, fee-free processing, guaranteed compliance or automatic recovery. Provider keys, settlement addresses and internal conversion routing are never public order information.

Fulfilment and protected access

Fulfilment is available only after an accepted order and the required inventory and delivery checks. After terminal payment success and those checks pass, we target making codes available within 15 minutes. This is an operational target, not a guaranteed service level; manual review, provider delay, source changes or inventory issues can extend it. Pending, review, failed and expired states do not show raw codes.

Resend may send a reusable, order-scoped access link valid for up to 24 hours. The email contains the approved link, not a raw code or a separate access token. After the link is exchanged, the URL is cleaned and the token is redacted from logs. Reopening or polling an order must not issue a line twice.

Market, product and buyer responsibility

Before payment, check the market, currency, denomination, product family and receiving account or business channel. Market, currency and account region are not interchangeable, and the service cannot inspect a specific receiving account or guarantee redemption.

The current issuer guidance says that product currency must match Balance Currency. This general reminder does not confirm stock, resale rights or compatibility for a particular catalog row. Review the current issuer guidance and receiving account before payment: giftcards.blizzard.com.

Cancellation before and after acceptance

A buyer may stop an unpaid checkout attempt before acceptance, and an unpaid quote may expire. Abandoning an unpaid attempt does not create a refund entitlement because no payment was accepted.

After payment or acceptance, cancellation and remedies are handled under the Refunds, Cancellations and Failed-Code Policy and applicable mandatory law. The service does not make a blanket no-refund statement or waive a mandatory right.

Failed-code reports and remedies

Report a suspected failed code to [email protected] within 72 hours with the order reference, affected row, exact error and safe redacted evidence. Never email a raw code, access token, password, seed phrase, private key or wallet backup.

The operator investigates the order and fulfilment record. When an issue is confirmed and a safe replacement is available, replacement is considered first. If replacement is unavailable, a refund may be considered under the approved remedy process; the asset, network, fees, amount basis and timing are confirmed before processing.

Independent status, taxes and commercial documents

Bulk Battle.net is an independent seller. Blizzard Entertainment, Battle.net and related marks belong to their respective owners; no affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, official, authorised, supplier or distributor status is claimed.

Tax, VAT, invoice, customs and cross-border treatment depend on the transaction and applicable law. No invoice, credit, reverse-charge or particular VAT treatment is promised unless it is shown in the order documentation.

Liability, governing law and disputes

Catalog data, prices, availability, payment options and status can change. The 15-minute fulfilment target is not a service-level guarantee, and the service does not promise future stock, instant or same-day fulfilment, guaranteed redemption, a guaranteed refund or uninterrupted access. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or forum rules that apply to the buyer or transaction.

Changes and contact

The version of these Terms and the commercial snapshot used for an accepted order are retained with that order. Future changes apply to later orders and are not used to rewrite an accepted order.
